SHIPPING POLICY

Please note shipping times are currently estimated due to global postal delays that are out of our control as a result of COVID-19 and the increased demand during the holiday season. 

Depending on stock availability and your location our products will ship from different warehouses. If your item is in stock the shipping times will be as follows:

USA Domestic Orders:

All orders ship within 1-3 working days. Delivery time 2-8 days. 

Worldwide Orders:

All orders ship within 1-3 working days.

Delivery time:

Canada - 5 to 7 days

Europe - 7 to 10 days

Australia - 10 to 14 days

Rest of the World - 10 - 14 days

If for any reason an item is out of stock, low stock, pre-sale or made to order you will see a note on the product page under the 'add to cart' button when ordering with estimated shipping times, so please do check this before ordering. However do not worry your order will still get to you, just please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery while we re-stock. Each Gym blend Protein shaker is send with love and care so cannot be rushed.

We are proud to offer international shipping services to over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to gym blend than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers and improve delivering service beyond all expectation.

How do you ship packages?

At the moment we have warehouses in North America, Europe and Asia and we ship products from closest warehouse to customer’s address. Packages will be shipped by USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping on all orders to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
 

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

We do our best to ensure that the products that you order are delivered to you in full and according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, or items different from the ones you ordered, or there is some other reason why you are not satisfied with the order, you may return the order, or any products included in the order, and receive a full refund for the items.
